Which phones does ShopFlow work on?
Android phones with Android 7 or newer, including cheap ones. There is no iPhone app yet.
How do I install it?
Follow the steps on the download page. It takes about a minute.
Does it cost anything?
You can start on the Free package. See packages for the paid ones.
Using ShopFlow
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is saved on your phone, so you can sell all day without a signal. When the internet comes back, ShopFlow backs up and brings your other phones up to date by itself.
How much data does it use?
Very little. Only changes are sent, not whole pictures or pages.
How does the ZiG rate work?
You set how many ZiG make 1 US dollar. New sales use that rate. Every sale keeps the rate it was made at, so changing the rate never changes old sales.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite them from the app with a code. They sell on their own phones. They never see cost prices or profit.
What if a sale was a mistake?
The owner can void it. The stock goes back, and the sale stays in the records marked as voided, so nothing disappears.
Which receipt printers work?
ShopFlow prints to any printer your phone or laptop can print to, and to small Bluetooth receipt printers (58 mm and 80 mm) through the free RawBT app on Android. Talk to us before you buy a printer and we will help you choose.
No printer? Send receipts on WhatsApp or show the QR code.

What if I lose my phone or get a new one?
Install ShopFlow on the new phone and log in. Everything that was backed up comes back. Sales made with no internet are backed up the next time the phone is online.
Who can see my shop's records?
Only you and the staff you invite, and staff see less than you. We never sell your data. Read our privacy policy.
Can I stop using ShopFlow?
Yes, any time. To have your account and records deleted, email [email protected].
