Sales

Sell in seconds, in either currency.

  • Tap products to add them, change the quantity, and finish the sale.
  • Paid by cash, EcoCash, swipe, bank transfer or on credit.
  • Prices in USD or ZiG. ShopFlow works out the total and the change in either currency.
  • Every sale gets a receipt number. A mistake is voided, never rubbed out, so your records stay honest.

Stock

Know what is on the shelf.

  • Each sale takes the items off your stock.
  • Record deliveries and corrections. Every change is kept, so you can see where stock went.
  • Set a low-stock level per product and see what to order.
  • A sale is never blocked because the count is wrong. You get a warning instead.

Profit and money in

Profit in USD and ZiG, every day.

  • Sales, cost of items sold, expenses and profit, for today, this week and this month.
  • Money taken in, in US dollars and in ZiG, and the number of sales.
  • You set the day's rate. Each sale keeps the rate it was made at, so changing the rate tomorrow never changes yesterday.
  • Cash up at closing time: what should be in the till, by currency and payment method.

Receipts

Send it, show it or print it.

  • Send the receipt to the customer on WhatsApp, as a picture or text.
  • Show a QR code: the customer scans it with their camera and keeps the receipt on their phone. No app needed.
  • Print it, with your shop's address, phone number and a line of your own.

Customers who buy on credit

Credit, without the guesswork.

  • Keep an account for each regular customer: what they owe and what they have paid, in USD and ZiG.
  • Set a credit limit and choose who may give credit. Credit given against your rule is still recorded, and flagged for you to check.
  • Send a reminder on WhatsApp.

Expenses

  • Record what you spend: transport, rent, electricity, airtime.
  • Expenses come off your profit for the day.

Staff

  • Invite staff with a code. They sell on their own phone, under their own name.
  • Staff never see cost prices or your profit.
  • You see every sale, who made it, and on which phone.
  • Remove someone and their access stops. Their sales stay in your records.

Safe

  • A 4-digit PIN locks the app when you put the phone down.
  • Lost or changed your phone? Log in on the new one and your shop comes back.
  • Your shop's records are yours. Only you and the staff you invite can see them.
Works offline

Works on cheap Android phones, with or without a signal.
