Made in Zimbabwe, for the shop counter.

The easiest way for Zimbabwean businesses to track sales, stock and profit.

Why we built it

Behind the counter of most shops in Zimbabwe there is an exercise book.

Sales are written in pen, stock is counted by hand, and nobody is quite sure what the shop made today, especially with prices in both US dollars and ZiG.

The apps that exist are often expensive, complicated, or made for other countries. They stop working when the network goes, and they eat data.

ShopFlow is made for how business works here: two currencies, a rate that changes, staff who share the work, customers who buy on credit, and internet that comes and goes.

Our mission

To give small businesses affordable technology that makes daily work simpler, shows clearly where the money goes, and helps owners make better decisions.

Our vision

To become the digital operating system that helps African small businesses manage, understand and grow, starting with Zimbabwe.

Six things we will not give up.

Simple first

If you can use WhatsApp, you can use ShopFlow.

Works offline

Recording a sale never needs a signal.

Light on data

Small downloads, small updates.

USD and ZiG from day one

Not an add-on.

Honest numbers

Sales are never changed after the fact, and history is never re-converted at a new rate.

Your data is yours

We never sell it.
