Questions shop owners ask.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Everything is saved on your phone, so you can sell all day without a signal. When the internet comes back, ShopFlow backs up by itself.

Which phones does it work on?

Android phones with Android 7 or newer, including cheap ones. There is no iPhone app yet.

Why is it not on the Play Store?

Not yet. For now you download it from this website. The download page shows each step, including the warning Android shows for apps from outside the Play Store.

Who can see my shop's records?

Only you and the staff you invite, and staff never see cost prices or profit. We never sell your data.

What if I lose my phone?

Install ShopFlow on the new phone and log in. Everything that was backed up comes back.

How do I pay for a package?

With EcoCash, in USD or in ZiG. For now, email us at [email protected] to move to a paid package. The Free package needs nothing.
